Heady stuff

I am having so much fun! Have made hundreds of friends, been to a million houses and seen right into people's souls. Have been to USA, Australia and Wales! Have been by the sea and in the mountains. Have been to Devon and Suffolk! And have sat on my bottom for the whole thing! Bliss. Will give up on leaving house ever again and will grow my bottom to enormous proportions because will never exercise it ever again.
Will drink tea galore, eat biscuits and ignore family.
Oh God. Oh No. Oh hell.
Have become Blogger Bore.
Will go immediately for Long Walk and find children (where are they) and Do Some Baking.
Damn. Cant. They are in bed. It is late. Baking not possible without children to lick bowl afterwards.
Will make it up to everyone tomorrow. Will not Blog At All. Will be perfect mother and wife. Will bake and sing. (think this is what perfect mothers do)
Will have lovely day. Might even go for bike ride.
Super.
God.
Will just quickly check that blog I left a comment on. Oh, look. They've replied to my comment... better do one back...
OH MY GOD I AM SO ADDICTED TO THIS.

It is a scarily addictive thing to do....however, you will clearly be fine because you drink tea and eat biscuits whilst blogging instead of drink cups of wine like me which turns me into late night illiterate blogger....welcome to cyberworld and thank you for your comment today Lx

Yes, now you know how it is to be a blogger and I have to tell you, it takes a while to get over the worst of the symptoms, although you do rejoin your family again after a while and sort of resume normal activities again. You just won't get any sleep, because you are blogging, not to speak of a sex life. "Hurry up, honey, I need to read my comments."

Thanks for stopping by my blog.I hope to see you more often. I'm not always so morose. I have been known to have a sense of humor. It's just momentarily misplaced.

Hi, and welcome to the world of blogging.

Yes, you will become horribly addicted. No, your 'real life' friends and acquaintances won't 'get it' (and will look sympathetically at you when you start introducing blogging tales into your conversations), but best of all ... you will love it. There are wonderful real-imaginary friends to make from all over the planet.

Have fun! :-)

Yes, and the best/worst news of all is this - THERE IS NO CURE!! (But then, would you want there to be?)

Oh, the excitement of comments!
Family affairs - drinking wine! There's an idea... oh, dear, another addiction.
Irene - glad to hear I might one day be part of my family again! No worries about your sense of humour momentarily taking a dive. You have to have one in the first place to recognise its gone for walkabout...
Kitty - already people look at me a little askance when I start talking about blogging. I must hide my enthusiasm a little. But not to you lot! Hooray.
The dotterel -- no cure, eh. How good is that...!

Ah, the heady early days of blogging! I say enjoy it without guilt. Because soon enough, it fades. The exhilaration, I mean. The joys of blogging, just like the joys of beauty, are forever. Sort of. Maybe. Hopefully. :)

Yes. Know exactly what you mean. I've got to start to limit myself. Neglecting husband, children, websites and business plan (all to be written), but it is very enjoyable. Maybe I should get a very large egg timer!

"Mr Pedantic" here - I can't help thinking that visiting a million houses and making hundreds of friends ain't a good hit rate!

But hey! If you're happy!

Yep, totally addictive, isn't it? Try making an avatar of yourself at meez.com I'm still addicted 8 months later. I blame the Mother of This Lot (at Mother's Pride)!

Ha ha!! Yes, bizarrely (that does not look good spelling but do not have sufficient techno wotnot to leave this page for spelling check)
was most happy with my drizzle of comments after such visits all over world. Did, though, only leave a few comments despite lengthy journey through Blogland.
That makes it OK. I think. (this is perfect time for emoticon... damn. Dont know one!)
Working mum... must look up meez.com ... or will it be my downfall? And if so can I blame you, please!
